Effective learning and teaching should demonstrate one or more of the Guidelines in action. This Toolkit is based on the Guidelines and is designed to assist you in reflecting on the effectiveness of your practices. You are invited to use it to review your classes, course, or program, and as a reflective tool. In a team context, course conveners might wish to meet with those involved in teaching a course to use the Toolkit. We encourage you to share your successes with using the Toolkit. If you would like to send a completed template or another example, please click here. You contributions will be uploaded to the site at a later time. The Template links download each Guideline template in Word format. These templates may be saved to your computer, and you may add your own content. The Toolkit.doc link contains all the templates in a single file. Guidelines in RTF format for non-Microsoft users are available at: Toolkit-RTF The Toolkit.zip link downloads a set of folders containing the templates for the Guidelines, that you can use to save your own course documents and reference material. You will need Winzip (PC) or ZipIt (Mac) to open this file. Using the Toolkit To see what a Guideline template looks like, and how to use it, please go to the Toolkit template.
